Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all incoming shipments to ensure accurate tracking.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, connectors, and manuals to ensure the return remains eligible for a full refund.
Ship to ProgressiveRC
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your box and ship the package via a carrier with tracking capabilities to our warehouse facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
